The property was full of insects, but the rooms were well-equipped and very spacious to match. The service was extremely professional and went out of the way to ensure a quality stay. The location was good, nestled by Oberio vanyavillas, amarvillas & Raj villas, among architecture, food services, and hospitality. Dining had some outstanding items but suffered from a poor layout. The facilities were great overall, providing all the necessary amenities.
The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms but is unfortunately frequented by insects. The service provided by the staff members, especially Prateek, Ashish, Kshitiz, and the general manager Abhimanyu, was exceptional, making our stay memorable. The location, while great and with fantastic ambience, had a downside of allowing many kids to run around in the bar area. The dining experience was generally good, with delicious food but some orders not placed correctly leading to cold dishes. Overall, the facilities were convenient but had room for improvement.
